This has been my home for idk how many years now and this is my very first time reviewing them. I did not visit for a year due to a busy schedule but when the server saw me, he welcomed me warmly and assisted me to my usual spot. He still knows my order and that i pay via QRPH Really love the food here, imagine. i’m just walking by to buy some new shirts in Uniqlo but i can’t go home without eating here, tbf. before i visit ER yesterday i made sure that i have my soup since i’m feeling under the weather I can recommend this place, this is my home and i feel so welcome here. Mary Grace, SM BF ₱178 Valencia Hot Chocolate ₱83 Mary Grace Mamon Not crowded during my visit. Staff were accommodating. This branch was pretty big. They have their own comfort room.
Title: Great food and staff — except for one rude encounter Review: I am a regular customer at Mary Grace and have always appreciated the food and the generally warm and accommodating staff. However, during my visit three days ago, I asked one of the staff if they had a candle or a card for the cake we purchased. The way she responded was noticeably rude and dismissive, unlike the service I usually experience here. I decided not to confront it at the moment, but I hope management becomes aware. Consistency in customer service is important, especially for loyal customers who keep coming back. I still love Mary Grace, but I hope this kind of attitude is addressed so it doesn’t happen to others
I love Mary Grace. The place is so nice to dine in and just chill. The wait staff are all very attentive and courteous. The food does not disappoint, however, I hope they get to add some new dishes soon. More rice dishes like probably pork chops or salmon or even shrimp :) Overall, highly recommended!
Went for a late lunch at MG SM BF yesterday and there was an event crowd who booked their private function room, wait to be seated was about 10mins and wait for the food was estimated at 35-40minutes. But the food was served to our table quicker than expected, about 15minutes or so. Service was good, food was delicious!
First visit to this establishment and liked the ambiance, food, and service. I had the grilled chicken over couscous and very good. The chicken had the right amount of seasonings and softness. The other was tomato pasta with meatballs. I felt the meatballs where a bit dry, but good flavor. The service was good and attentive and would definitely recommend.
We love Mary Grace and I used to eat their almost every week (greenbelt and trinoma branches) but stopped when pandemic hit. Food tastes consistently good but a noticed that their servings are shockingly less now. Also some are not available considering it’s lunch on a Sunday? Still, good comfort food.
Dined it for Saturday brunch and loved the atmosphere and food. One of the best places to have brunch with you fam. The waiting time isn’t that much long, they said we have to wait for 25 but I think our food was served earlier than the time mentioned. Loved their mushroom pasta and mango bene. Bathroom is clean, has a toilet spray, lighted scented candle, some sort of floral scent as well, tissues, sanitzer and soap dispenser. Highly recommended. Great service too.
